Rules of the "Ready to support Žalgiris" campaign-competition

  1. The "Ready to support Žalgiris" promotional campaign is a game, hereinafter referred to as the Campaign, taking place from March 16, 2023, to March 17, 2023. The Campaign is organized by UAB "Delegatai", Raudondvario pl. 101, LT-47184 Kaunas, company code 303192733 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
  2. The Campaign procedure is determined by the Organizer in accordance with these Campaign rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules). All persons participating in the Campaign must comply with the Rules.
  3. The Campaign starts on March 16, 2023, and ends on March 17, 2023, at 22:00.
  4. Information about the Campaign and the Rules are published on the website www.zalgirisshop.lt and on the official BC Žalgiris and zalgirisshop.lt Facebook accounts.
  5. Facebook users can participate in the Campaign by using their personal profile and uploading their own photographs in the comments.
  6. Campaign prizes:
    1st place: "Žalgiris" bomber jacket (https://www.zalgirisshop.lt/product/bomber-striuke-zalgiris/)
    2nd place: "Žalgiris Neon" hoodie (https://www.zalgirisshop.lt/product/bliuzonas-su-gobtuvu-zalgiris-neon/)
    3rd place: "St. Green Shield" t-shirt (https://www.zalgirisshop.lt/product/vyr-marskineliai-sv-zalias-skydas/)
  7. Prize winners are selected based on the number of likes on the Facebook comments participating in the contest. The comment with the most likes wins 1st place, the second most likes wins 2nd place, and the third most likes wins 3rd place.
  8. Employees of UAB "Delegatai" and their family members (spouses, children, grandchildren, siblings, parents, and grandparents) cannot participate in the Campaign. If it is determined that an employee of the mentioned company or their family member participated in the Campaign and became a prize winner, the prize will not be awarded to them.
  9. The Organizer will contact the prize winner individually by March 20, 2023. The winner will be notified of the prize via a private message on the Facebook account from which the comment was sent for the contest.
  10. The winner must collect the prize themselves at the zalgirisshop.lt store at Pramonės pr. 4E, Kaunas. If the winner wishes, the prize can be sent to them by courier, but in this case, the shipping costs will be paid by the prize recipient.
  11. Data used by the winner to claim the prize: name/surname specified in the account, address and phone number, if the winner wishes to receive the prize via courier. This data will be used only for the purpose of sending the prize.
  12. Information and personal data provided by Campaign participants are collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the UAB "Delegatai" privacy policy.
  13. If the Winner wishes to collect the prize at the zalgirisshop.lt store at Pramonės per. 4E Kaunas, the prize winner or their duly authorized person must present an identity document (passport, identity card, or driver's license, and if the prize is collected by an authorized representative, also a power of attorney certified in accordance with legal requirements).
  14. If the prize winner fails to provide the documents specified in clause 13 of these Rules, the prize will not be issued.
  15. The prize winner must collect the prize within 14 working days from the notification of winning. After this period, the prize will no longer be issued.
  16. The value of the prize cannot be paid in cash.
  17. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally terminate or suspend the Campaign and not issue prizes in cases where force majeure circumstances arise, or for other reasons.
