Goods are delivered to the address chosen by the Buyer within the period specified in the Product descriptions, but no later than 30 days from the date of concluding the Agreement. The usual delivery period for Goods is 2-7 business days from the receipt of payment, except in cases where unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control may delay the delivery of Goods. In such a case, the Seller undertakes to immediately inform the Buyer about the estimated changes in the Product delivery period and obtain the Buyer's consent regarding the changed delivery terms. If the Buyer agrees to a different delivery period, the Seller delivers the Goods within the agreed reasonable period. However, if the Buyer does not agree to wait for the Goods due to the changed delivery period, the Buyer has the right to cancel the order and get a refund for the purchased Product.

Goods in Lithuania are delivered by our partners DPD and OMNIVA. Delivery by DPD couriers in Lithuania costs 4 Eur. Delivery to Omniva and DPD parcel lockers in Lithuania costs 4 Eur. Delivery time in Lithuania is 2-3 working days. Goods abroad are delivered by DPD and Lithuanian Post, delivery time abroad is 7-10 days (Attention! During pre-holiday periods, delivery may take longer). Delivery abroad costs 19 Eur.

Yes, products purchased online can be collected from our physical stores in both Kaunas (excluding Akropolis shopping centre) and Vilnius during their opening hours. Products are issued only after online payment. We will inform you by email when your order is ready for collection.

The Buyer has the right, without stating a reason, to withdraw from the Agreement and return the received (collected) Goods within 14 (fourteen) calendar days. A Buyer who decides to exercise this right shall inform the Seller by providing written information about the decision to withdraw from the Agreement and shall return (send or hand over) the Goods to the Seller no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days. The direct costs of returning the Goods shall be borne by the Buyer.

Please note that, in accordance with the Rules, buyers cannot return the following goods:

- goods manufactured according to the buyer's special instructions (e.g., goods with a custom inscription ordered by the buyer);

- sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons;

- goods which, after delivery, by their nature become inseparably mixed with other items;

- sealed audio or video recordings or computer software which have been unsealed after delivery;

- digital content goods.

The returned item must be: undamaged, unused, with an unimpaired commercial appearance.

When making a return, the Buyer must provide documents confirming the purchase of the item (e.g., receipt, bank statement for a payment card, or other documents).
